Water Testing

Posted on June 13, 2016 at 08:41 am EDT
      • IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING WATER TESTING***

The City of Sanford has not authorized any water quality testing company to sample water or drop off sampling vials for any residence or business in Lee County.

Typically, the City of Sanford only samples water at the request of a resident or business. A City of Sanford employee would arrive in a City of Sanford vehicle and wear a City of Sanford uniform.

If you are concerned about the water quality at your home or business, or have questions about Sanford’s overall water quality, you can call Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Scott Christiansen at 919-777-1800.
You can access water quality reports and other important information about Sanford's water treatment process on our website.
